Built using Streamlit for the frontend, Python for backend logic, and SQLite for persistent data storage. Security measures include PBKDF2 password hashing, forced password resets, and admin-controlled staff access. Features include secure OTP login, biometric and PIN authentication, QR-based transactions, real-time balance and claim tracking, history logs, profile and security settings, and an admin dashboard for user management. Built with Flutter and Supabase (Auth + PostgreSQL + Edge functions) with Provider for state management. Security features include idempotency keys for transactions, hashed PINs, and offline caching. Demo mode allows quick testing with pre-configured roles and balances, enabling safe experimentation and validation of the system.
