We are helping Pakistani businesses (or Pakistanis who have some prior experience of running any technical business) to jumpstart on Amazon and build their own eCommerce business. This enablement is for reselling branded items using FBA on Amazon.
Leverify’s role will be:
- Facilitate in setting up an Amazon account.
- Help business owners understand the basic selling process on Amazon.
- Provide business owners a couple of sellable products, without any cost, which they can sell on their Amazon accounts. These products are basically a “gift” from Leverify and will act as a jumpstart or booster for them. Leverify will also teach them how to find future products by themselves.
- Provide them the sourcing information about the products that Leverify “gifted” them. Also, teach them how to find the sourcing of the products that they will find by themselves.
Business owner’s role:
- Dedication and commitment to run their own business.
- Think BIG and set tough goals for themselves.
- Use their prior experience of running a business, to get past any hurdle, stay agile, and implement a sharp decision-making process.
- Bring their own investment ($50k -$100k).
- Build their own team in Pakistan, once their business starts growing.
Business Stages:
Phase 1 : Set up phase – 2 months
- Company registration & bank account.
- Amazon account opening.
- Seller central training.
- Amazon business pipeline understanding (Product research; Sourcing; Procurement; Amazon account management).
Phase 2 : Operational Ramp-up – 1 month
- Assignment of a couple of products.
- Supplier account opening.
- First procurement.
- Leverify team will contribute 1-hour sessions twice a week, for 4 weeks.
Phase 3 : Enabling Phase – 2 to 6 months
- Assign 1 or 2 Virtual Assistants (VA); VA may work two to eight hours per day for a business for $200 to $800 per month. They will be directly hired, managed and paid by businesses. Leverify is not getting any gains from these Virtual Assistants.
- Leverify team will volunteer 1-hour per week, for 8 weeks.
Phase 4 : Expansion Phase
- Business hire their own team and generate sales to achieve $1+ Million annual sales target.
- Leverify team will contribute a 2-hour session once per month [for business growth & scalability discussions].

Onboarded and helped 20 businesses so far to run a successful business on amazon contributed more than 150 team hours
